As part of the Pitch Session, three selected companies will receive an ASEAN Readiness Report, offered by Neuron Labs.
The report provides a practical overview of how prepared the company is for entering ASEAN markets, highlighting key opportunities, potential challenges, and strategic considerations for international expansion.
This prize is designed to support CEE startups and scale-ups in taking the next step toward market entry in one of the world’s most dynamic growth regions.




Dr. Zsolt Polereczki, CEO of Neuron Labs, has nearly 20 years of experience in planning and implementing the financing conditions of development projects. As an international expert, he has contributed to various R&D projects in 30 countries, with a strong focus on agriculture, food industry, healthtech and medtech. Over the past 15 years, he has participated in nearly 40 projects as a professional lead and project manager. In addition to these focus areas, he is also actively involved in the planning and implementation of hardware development projects.


Zsolt, has more than 10 years of experience working with innovative companies, startups, and high-growth SMEs as an investor and business development professional. He actively supports businesses in fundraising, investments, acquisitions and exits, international market expansion, and strategic business development.
As a leader at Startup Campus, he has contributed to numerous domestic and international innovation programs, startup competitions, and market entry initiatives. In the ASEAN region, he coordinated several international exhibition and business development programs, and organized startup events, including the Get in the Ring startup competition in Chengdu, China.


He completed his university studies on the East Coast of the United States and spent five years working on Wall Street, then returned to Hungary in 2003. Shortly after, he founded two successful startups that played a key role in establishing the real estate life annuity sector in the country. Since 2009, he has been working with startups, focusing on business development and international market expansion. Over the past decade, he has supported the growth of numerous companies from their inception, and as a result of his work, they now collectively represent a market value exceeding 15 billion HUF.
Between 2017 and 2018, he led a national market entry support course within the Digitális Jólét Program, assisting 200 businesses. Following this, he joined the EIT Health Cross-KIC program in Israel, where until 2019, he worked on establishing a soft-landing organization in Tel Aviv. This initiative helped European startup ecosystem representatives and accelerator leaders understand how a successful innovation environment operates.
Beyond supporting businesses, he plays an active role in the Hungarian startup ecosystem, provides mentorship at an international level, and collaborates regularly with universities and incubators. He is particularly committed to ecosystem development and making global innovation trends accessible to smaller entrepreneurial communities. Currently, he serves as the CEO of Óbuda Uni Venture Capital Zrt.


Dávid Fehérvári, Neuron Labs’ Manager for ASEAN division, has spent 8 years in the region. He has been responsible for several successful company and product launches and product/service launches of several domestic companies in the region. Leveraging his experience and business contacts, the first Market Entry Programme was launched in 2019. These programmes have provided opportunities for several Hungarian companies to get first-hand experience of the specifics of the Malaysian, Singapore, Vietnamese, Hong Kong and Philippine markets.


Dr. Daniel Botond Papp holds an LL.M. in European Business Law from Lund University, Sweden. He has participated in international innovation programs such as the Plug and Play Insurtech Accelerator in California and the DMZ Incubator in Toronto, Canada. Previously, as a legal advisor to the Central Bank of Hungary, he contributed to establishing the Central Bank Innovation Hub, designed to strengthen the domestic FinTech and InsurTech ecosystem. He later gained extensive experience managing cross-border regulatory projects at EY. In 2021, Daniel founded PDBLegal, a boutique firm specializing in regulatory due diligence, licensing, SAFE and convertible note investments, ESOPs, crowdfunding, compliance, data privacy, and comprehensive legal frameworks for innovative ventures. Alongside his membership in the Fintech Legal Network, Daniel is also a member of the Hungarian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (HVCA), actively engaging with initiatives that foster responsible innovation and impact-driven investment.


Andrew Aswani, Managing Director and Partner of Origin Consulting Indonesia, has built his professional foundation across the hospitality, creative, and strategic consulting sectors. His experience spans business development, venture building, operational execution, and market-oriented advisory work.
Through Origin Consulting Indonesia, Andrew works closely with companies seeking to grow, enter new markets, improve internal operations, and translate strategic opportunities into practical execution. His approach is centered on building long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their business from the inside out, and supporting decisions that are both commercially grounded and operationally realistic.
Drawing from his cross-sector background and hands-on consulting experience, Andrew continues to support businesses in navigating growth, transformation, and market entry challenges across Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asian region. His guiding belief is that businesses do not grow by accident. They grow by design, and when opportunity does not come knocking, the right strategy builds the door.


Daniel Papp is a VC professional with over 10 years of experience in finance and investments. He has worked with several venture capital firms and has supported the investment and portfolio management of more than 20 companies throughout his career. His main area of expertise is financial modeling. Daniel currently works part-time at Platina Investment Management Company, focusing on startups and scale-ups in the field of digitalization, while also working independently with startups on business plans, financial plans, and fundraising-ready financial models.


Senior technology manager with 7 years of experience in managing and leading cross-border technology commercialisation activities in a national government agency and science technology park. Specialised in strategic international partnership, cross-borders technology commercialisation, and fundraising.


Thang stands as a prominent luminary, casting a transformative influence on startup innovation within Southeast Asia. His unwavering dedication has played a pivotal role in propelling Vietnamese startups onto the global stage, spurring growth across diverse markets such as APEC, Thailand, Korea, Malaysia and Japan. Simultaneously, he has facilitated the entry of foreign enterprises into the dynamic Vietnamese market.
Presently, Thang assumes the mantle of Co-Founder & CEO at InnoLab Asia, an avant-garde platform orchestrating innovative collaborations among startups, corporations, investors, and institutions across the region. His commitment to knowledge dissemination extends to his roles as a Mentor at the esteemed National University of Singapore (NUS) and as a guiding force at German Accelerator Southeast Asia, endowed by the German Federal Ministry for Economics and Energy (BMWi).
Having also lent his expertise as a Former Mentor at the United Nations Capital Development Fund and Start-Up Chile, Thang’s endeavors have fueled the global ambitions of early-stage entrepreneurs, utilizing Chile as a springboard. Beyond these accomplishments, he is the visionary Founder of Lead The Change, an influential educational institution that has granted 100 scholarships and facilitated the international ventures of over 200 gifted young Vietnamese minds.
Amassing over a decade of profound experience, Thang ardently engages with, connects, and consults stakeholders within multifaceted industries encompassing startup mentorship, strategic business expansion, innovation, education, and investment. His remarkable contributions garnered recognition through the Edutech Leadership Award at the 2017 Global Edutech Congress and the prestigious 2017 Award in Mumbai, India, celebrating his indelible mark on education and technology.


Gergo Gulyas (古亞洛) is an entrepreneur and investor specializing in cross-border scaling and startup-corporate collaboration. He is the Co-Founder and Director of iScale Group Limited, an international innovation partner spanning bases in Europe and Asia.

Dániel Széles, Kuube’s Business Development Manager, since 2023. Openned new markets in North America, South America, and is actively working with the ASEAN sales team.


Maykel Soeharto, Managing Director & Senior Partner of Origin Consulting, has built his career across consulting, business development, operations, and cross-border market entry. With experience spanning BCG, St. James Place, and his own advisory work, he has supported companies in improving operational structures, entering new markets, and building commercially viable growth strategies. Through Origin, he focuses on helping large scale enterprises and SMEs expand between Southeast Asia and the GCC, with a strong emphasis on practical execution, regulatory readiness, and long-term business success.

We have 2 unique, internationally recognized brands: Nottevit turns the sleep aid category into nighttime health management, while Vegnum is a plant based cellular health solution. Both connect to longevity in distinctive ways and build on traceable, clinically backed, natural ingredients.


NerveCor is a non-invasive wearable device designed to help people manage stress, anxiety, and panic attacks without medication or side effects. Using a proven grounding method based on gentle vibrations, the device helps calm the nervous system and quickly redirect attention away from stress impulses. Early pilot testing validated both the effectiveness of the method and strong user interest in long-term use. Long term, NerveCor combines wearable hardware, AI, biofeedback, and a mobile app to create a scalable mental wellbeing platform.


RulyFlow is a no-code business rules engine that empowers non-technical business users to design, deploy, and modify their own business rules — in hours, not weeks — without relying on developers. It integrates with existing systems through a one-off IT setup, after which the business owns its rules completely. Every decision is fully auditable and deterministic, making RulyFlow particularly valuable in regulated industries where organisations must be able to explain exactly how they arrived at any given outcome.


Panzerotti is a technology startup developing an AI-powered yield integrity platform for direct-channel commerce. The company helps airlines and other high-volume digital businesses identify and filter bot traffic, protect revenue-critical data, and improve the accuracy of pricing, demand forecasting and marketing performance. Its solution combines behavioural analytics, session-level traffic classification and real-time intelligence to distinguish human users from bots and suspicious activity. Panzerotti’s initial focus is the airline sector, where bot activity can distort demand signals, inflate look-to-book ratios and negatively impact ancillary revenue optimization.
